I'm interested in
what happens after I leave.

I don't speak to get people motivated for an afternoon.

After I leave

Does someone finally have the conversation they've been avoiding?

Does a leader recognize a behavior that's getting in their way? Does a team develop language that helps them hold one another accountable? Do people take greater responsibility for the impact they're having on others?

That's the work.

Testimonials

In their words

Ryan on stage throwing a football

“Based on what our clients and other industry professionals had been saying, we brought Ryan in to help lead the WIN Sports Group NFL Summit, and he absolutely delivered. This wasn’t a workshop. It was a wake-up call. In just 90 minutes, Ryan connected with a room full of top NFL coaches and executives in a way that was deeply impactful. He doesn’t talk at leaders, he activates them.”

The goal

Behavior that actually changes.

My goal is simple: greater self-awareness, better conversations, stronger relationships, clearer standards, and behavior that actually changes.

I don't deliver the same presentation to every room. I learn the people, the challenges, and what you're trying to accomplish, then I build the experience around that.

“It’s only been a day, and you have definitely already had an effect on the staff. Plenty of the guys have told me so. I’m glad you’re a part of this.”

The measure

I don't want people saying, “Ryan gave a great talk.” I'd rather hear, “We're still talking about it.”
