I've made a career out of walking into rooms most people never get invited into and having conversations most people never know take place. Locker rooms. Front offices. Boardrooms. Executive offices.

I work alongside the people actually doing the work. Head coaches, general managers, executives, and teams making difficult decisions, leading through uncertainty, and performing when everyone is watching.

Sometimes I'm a coach. Sometimes I'm an advisor. Sometimes I'm a teacher, confidant, or the person willing to ask the question nobody else in the room will or the questions they haven't considered.
For more than twenty-five years, I've been fascinated by what makes leaders worth following. Not their title. Not their résumé. Not how much authority they have. How they show up. How they treat people. What they do when things get difficult. And whether the people around them are better because they're there.
